Purchasing firearm is a big decision and commitment, whether it is bought new or second hand, we stand by our product and offer this warranty to every owner of the firearm.
Firearms from Miller Precision Firearms are warrantied, to be free from defects in the material and craftsmanship for the life of the firearm. Please note our warranty does not cover intentional damage, or misuse*, improperly and/or incorrectly installed parts resulting in internal damage, cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance of the firearm, corrosion, loss, theft, or unauthorized repair or modification. It also does not cover loss or damage suffered during return shipment.
*Misuse includes, but is not limited to, the use of firearms with handloaded, reloaded, remanufactured, or improper ammunition, use of the firearm with an obstructed barrel, improper handling, improper storage, or failure to preform reasonable and necessary maintenance described in the field strip and maintenance guide.
Miller Precision Firearms reserves the right to inspect the product before making replacement or repairs covered by this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Miller Precision Firearms be held liable for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss, injury or property damage resulting from the breach of either the express or implied warranty. This limitation does not apply to states that disallow the exclusion of consequential or incidental damages.
